A one-bedroom apartment in the prestigious Manhattan City residential complex, featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is combined with the living area and designed in dark tones, consistent with the typical style of most units in this development.
After the initial analysis, it became clear that the interior design was very standard for this complex and did not stand out from the competition. Therefore, the main goal was to differentiate the apartment by introducing original decorative elements and adding functional zones.
In the bedroom, we successfully added a functional zone by incorporating a desk that can also serve as a vanity if needed. The sleeping area now looks much cozier and more aesthetically pleasing — we added modern bedding and replaced the outdated nightstands. A standout feature of the bedroom is the art rug, created in collaboration with the Maria Prymachenko Foundation.
The living area was visually transformed into a warmer, more inviting space thanks to a geometric designer rug and carefully selected decorative elements featuring touches of Ukrainian identity.
A spacious apartment located just minutes from the city center, in
European city residential complex. It features an optimal layout and interior
designed in a modern classic style. The apartment was partially furnished but
required minor repairs.
The main objective was to prepare the property for long-term rental, taking into
account the specifics of the location and the target audience.
In each bedroom, we styled the beds with modern textiles in
a coordinated color palette. A vanity table was added to the primary
bedroom, while the second bedroom was furnished with a workspace by the
window.
In the living room, we introduced a chest of drawers that not only enhances
the functionality of the space but also serves as a stylish decorative accent.
The large bathroom was fully equipped with all necessary items, and in the
second restroom, we designed and installed a convenient storage cabinet
for household essentials.
This property presented a real challenge in terms
of interior color use. Our main goal was to transform the
space into a warmer, cozier, and more vibrant environment
— to make “50 shades of grey” feel inviting, lively, and
stylish. The target audience for this apartment was a young
couple or a family.
We used vibrant décor, replaced the dining area
furniture with more contemporary pieces, and upgraded the
entryway with a wardrobe and functional interior elements that
added both comfort and visual appeal. The bedroom and balcony
were transformed into cozy relaxation areas, highlighting the full
potential of the space. The final result brought a sense of harmony
and elegant style to every part of the apartment.
